Everyday Athlete

Level: Intermediate-Advanced

This program is called a hybrid program. That means you are given instruction on how to make this a muscle building program or a weight loss program. Along with the aesthetic goals, you will also be taken through a 12 week gym program of weight lifting and functional movements designed to build strength, stability and increase mobility.  Great for anyone who leads an active lifestyle and want to keep that active lifestyle on into the later years of life!

Building & Toning

Level: Intermediate-advanced

 

You're motivated. You aren't new to the gym scene. You've been trying to lose weight for a long time, then this one is for you.

4 days a week with an optional day 5 for those weeks you are motivated. #becasuegoals Each program comes with the a free app download, nutrition guide, and exercise demo videos.

 

This is going to create a tone strong body. As the weeks go on, you will start to lean out with different rep range & cardio. Even though muscle is the focus, you will also see fat loss.

  • What are the workouts like?

They all have their own purpose and are designed accordingly, but Click here to see a sample workout from a program.

  • How many days do I workout?

All programs are from 4-5 days a week! Allie designed the program to be effective in less than 7 days. You won't spend all week at the gym! But you can add more to your workouts - the app lets you search for exercises to create your own workouts!

  • How do I track the workouts?

You will get our training app for free and have all your fitness stuff in ONE place! You can also print the workouts and view them on a computer. App is not mandatory.

  • When does the program start

When you purchase the program, you receive immediate access to the app. You can set up your profile and view the workouts right away. The Weight Loss Kickstart includes a prep week and the actual program doesn't start until the Monday after purchasing the program.

  • How do I know what the exercise is?

Don't worry, some of the exercises have weird names. That's why each exercise has a demonstration video to teach you how to do it properly!

  • Is there a diet included?

When you purchase the program, you are emailed my nutrition guide to help you calculate your food, recipes, and healthy eating tips. You can also connect the app to MyFitness Pal to track your food intake. Online calculator coming soon!!!

  • What if I can't workout on certain days?

No problem! You can schedule the workouts any day of the week and anytime. It's all about your schedule.

  • What do I do if an exercise hurts me?

If you feel pain, you should stop. In the app, you are able to substitute an exercise with any of the exercises in our workout library! â€‹

  • Do I need a gym membership?

Yes, you would have to modify so much to make this work at home that it wouldn't be the same program.

  • What if I get bored?

You won't! I planned it that way.You will change workouts every 2 weeks to keep you interested and your body responding.​

  • What if I don't like it?
